4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/WhatsApp with tracking details.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
