1. No Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind.

Size or fit issues.

Personal preference.

All products are carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch to ensure quality standards.
2. No Refunds

All sales are final. Once an order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refunds will only be issued in the following rare cases:

Damaged or defective product received.

Wrong item shipped (different style, size, or product from what was ordered).

To qualify for a refund, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide an unboxing video and photos as proof.

3. Exchange (Conditional)
Although we do not generally allow returns or refunds, we may consider exchanges under the following conditions:

The product delivered is incorrect or damaged.

The exchange request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
-
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

All exchange approvals are subject to inspection and the final discretion of HiQMart’s quality team.
